How To Measure Your Wrist

Grab a soft "fabric" tape measure and wrap it around your wrist - fairly snug. This is your wrist size.

If you don't have a fabric tape measure no problem! Grab some painter's tape as seen in the video. I don't recommend using string as it can be rather difficult for accuracy. Painter's tape works well.
